Aker Stadion continues to cement its reputation as Norway's busiest shared top-flight football venue in 2026. With both Molde FK and Molde W using the fjordside arena throughout the autumn, the ground has staged elite fixtures for men and women in close succession across September — and the schedule shows no sign of easing.
The 11,249-capacity stadium has already hosted four competitive matches this month alone, across the Eliteserien and Toppserien, and two more are on the horizon before the end of the month and into October.
Vålerenga W Visit on Saturday
Next up at Aker Stadion is a Toppserien fixture on Saturday 26 September, when Molde W take on Vålerenga W at 1:00 PM. The women's side will be looking to bounce back after a home defeat to Hønefoss W on 13 September, and a strong showing before the home crowd could be crucial in the Toppserien run-in.
A second women's home fixture follows on 4 October, when Stabæk W make the trip to Molde. The back-to-back home games represent an important fortnight for the women's squad as the season heads towards its conclusion.
