Molde FK and regional partner Sparebanken Møre have launched a new community initiative called "Drømmetrening" — meaning Dream Training — inviting girls' teams from across the Romsdal region to train at Aker Stadium under the guidance of players from the Molde W squad.
The session gives young players the rare opportunity to set foot on the same pitch where Norway's best women's football is played every weekend, coached by the professionals they look up to.
Inspiring the Next Generation
The initiative is designed to inspire the next generation of female footballers in the region, offering more than just a training session. By placing young girls directly in the environment of a professional football club, the programme aims to make top-level sport feel tangible and achievable.
Molde W players, who themselves compete in the Toppserien, are central to the day — leading drills and spending time with the participants on the Aker Stadium turf.
