The match carries extra significance given that Molde ran out 5–1 winners when the two sides met at Aker Stadion back in June — form that will give the home faithful plenty of confidence heading into the weekend.

The KFUM clash is just the opening act of a demanding home programme that stretches all the way to December. Aalesund follow on 19 September in a fixture that always carries west-coast rivalry weight, before Start (18 October), Fredrikstad (25 October), Bodø/Glimt (22 November) and Viking (6 December) complete the slate at Julsundvegen.
