Molde FK wrapped up their busiest month of the 2026 Eliteserien season with a remarkable 4–3 victory over Vålerenga at Intility Arena on 30 August — a result that underlines the squad's firepower heading into a congested autumn home schedule at Aker Stadion.
The win came on the back of a 3–2 home victory over Tromsø at Aker Stadion on 16 August, a result that kept the Molde faithful in good spirits after a frustrating 3–3 draw against Sarpsborg 08 at the same venue on 2 August.
Eyes Turn to Aker Stadion for the Autumn Run
With the away trip to Vålerenga now behind them, Molde return to Romsdal for what promises to be one of the most exciting stretches of home football the stadium will see this season. KFUM Oslo visit on 6 September, followed by Aalesund on 19 September — a fixture that always carries local rivalry flavour for supporters on the west coast.
Further home dates against Start (18 October), Fredrikstad (25 October), Bodø/Glimt (22 November) and Viking (6 December) mean Aker Stadion will be in near-constant use through to the final weeks of the calendar year. The venue's capacity of 11,249, along with its restaurant, café, ten kiosks and eight commentary boxes, makes it well placed to handle the demand.
