Molde W's difficult home run continued on Saturday as Vålerenga W produced a commanding Toppserien display at Aker Stadium, taking all three points in Round 17 with a 4-0 victory.
The visitors led at the break before adding three more goals after half-time to seal a result that will leave the home faithful disappointed.
Dominant Second Half Seals the Points
Vålerenga W were in control throughout and rarely gave their hosts a foothold in the contest. After a single-goal advantage at the interval, the visitors turned the screw in the second period to run out comfortable winners by the final whistle.
The defeat is the latest setback for Molde W on home turf this autumn, having also fallen to Hønefoss BK at Aker Stadium earlier in the month.
Eyes on Stabæk Next
Despite two home defeats in September, the Toppserien campaign is not over for Molde W. The next opportunity to put things right at Aker Stadium comes on Sunday 4 October, when Stabæk W make the trip to Molde for a 1:00 PM kick-off.
The fjordside arena remains one of Norway's busiest shared football venues in 2026, hosting top-flight fixtures for both Molde FK in the Eliteserien and Molde W in the Toppserien across the same packed autumn programme. Several Eliteserien home matches are also still to come for the men's side, keeping the 11,249-capacity ground firmly in action every weekend.
